Applications for treatment with easy credit, 0% interest, for the purchase of an apartment for 300 employees of the Public Administration are now open!
Applicants must be employed in public administration institutions, according to the following categories
• Ministry of the Interior;
• Ministry of Defense;
• Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
• Ministry of Education and Sports;
• Ministry of Health and Social Security;
• Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation.
Necessary documents to be uploaded by the applicant:
• Copy of the certificate of ownership for the dwelling under housing standards, together with the revaluation (in case of real estate ownership);
• Negative certification from the State Cadastre Agency that in the name of the head of the family and other family members, according to the certificate of family status, there is no registered residence or in the process of registration in the entire territory of the Republic of Albania (if there is no real estate owned);
• Notarial agreement for the cohabitant (if there are cohabitants).
